This rebate form requests a $135 rebate for the purchase of a VP3300 mobile card reading device.  To be eligible for the rebate, one must:

  1. Have an account through DaySmart Body Art
  2. Have purchased the VP3300 mobile card reading device
  3. Have processed a minimum of $1000 in credit card transactions through their DaySmart Body Art account
  4. Have submitted this form within 90 days of your merchant account being approved by DaySmart Body Art (Boarded)

Please allow 7-10 business days for the rebate to fully process. Offer not valid on any processing devices outside of the VP3300. Rebate will be redeemed in the form of account credit on your DaySmart subscription(s). Limit of 1 rebate per merchant.
