Serial Number Recovery
If you have misplaced your software serial number and need it reissued, fill out the Serial Number Replacement form to verify software ownership and your serial number will be reissued to you.
Database Password Recovery
If you have forgotten a database or employee password and cannot proceed without entering one into the software, we can attempt to recover the password for you.
