If you are unsure which version of software you have, there are a couple of ways to find out:

  1. Sign in to your Account Management Help Page and click on “Knowledge Base”, found below “Customer Support”. If you are directed to the “Software Support Center” on the new page, you have a Desktop version. If you are directed to the “Cloud Support Center”, you have a Cloud version.
