• Service ID - can be up to 18 alpha- numeric characters long.
• Description
• Default time it takes to perform service, including employee time exceptions. An exception is when a certain employee takes longer than the default time to perform a service. The time feature is optional and works when scheduling appointments.
• Setup, processing time, and finish time (including exceptions)
• Default price and employee price exceptions. Unless an exception price is entered for an employee(s), the default price is used.
• When this service is sold, change the client's balance by a certain amount
• Up to three products may be entered that must be purchased when this service is sold.
• Back bar charge (if any). Back bar is the amount of products that a business uses to perform a service. For example, if mowing a medium sized law costs$50, but $10 of fuel is used, the back bar is $10. If your employee gets commission on amount of services sold, the employee would not make commission on the back bar amount. So, in this case, for mowing this lawn, the employee would only make commission on $40.
• You can link a service to a resource. If a service requires a resource (such as a room or equipment), the software will automatically book the employee and resource when creating a ticket.

Editing a service or creating a new service is simple and efficient.
