As Jeff chatted with James about his approach and aspirations for the barber shop, James explained that they\u2019d started off working on their offering, and then continued to work hard to perfect it. Mr. Dickerson noted, \u201cit\u2019s really interesting to see the environment that they\u2019ve created. It\u2019s not just a service. It\u2019s more than that. It\u2019s a complete absorption of the environment, and that\u2019s part of the service they have.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n
