Transfer of Ownership
You can perform a transfer of ownership electronically within your account management settings. Simply follow the instructions below to update your information.
Instructions
- Click here and sign into your DaySmart account.
- At the top of the page, click the My Info tab.
- Click the Edit Contact Info button under your Account Owner section.
- Click on the Change Business Name/Owner link in the bottom left corner.
- Update your information, check the box to remove your payment info, and save your changes – that’s it!
Payment Processing Updates
To continue utilizing our integrated payment processing under the new ownership, a new MID (Merchant Identification Number) must be obtained for the new owner, and the old MID must be canceled to avoid issues.
